What Can You Expect at Tai Chi?

The program for older Iowans is led by a trained instructor certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute. This program consists of 16 one-hour classes; 12 movements; warm-up and cool-down. Home practice is expected. Registration is required. For the in-person program, the minimum class size is 10 and is limited to 15 participants. Minimum expected attendance is 10 of the 16 sessions to learn the forms, and at least six months of continuing home practice to achieve evidence-based outcomes.
