Milestones Area Agency On Aging provides programs and services to help older Iowans live safely and independently at home. Programs for older Iowans include nutrition, information and assistance programs, caregiver support programs, health promotion, and elder abuse prevention. Milestones’ planning and service coverage area includes 17 counties in Iowa.
Milestones provides wellness programs to promote healthy aging and to help clients retain good health and the ability to continue to enjoy a variety of activities.
One of our primary goals is meeting the varied needs of older Iowans through good nutrition. Our nutrition programs for older Iowans are tailored to benefit our clients and increase their quality of life.
